The Tree Committee took public testimony, reviewed the RINCON report and discussed the trees at 71 Palomar at their
12/12/2016 meeting. The draft minutes have been included in your agenda correspondence along with a letter from
committee chair Ritter. The audio is available under archives for that date starting at 2:08. Assuming you don't have an hour
and a half to listen to the entire event I would request that you listen to the committee discussion beginning at 2:50:40 -
