A page from the Rincon Arborist Report was erroneously omitted from the ARC Staff report for
the January 30, 2017 ARC public hearing for 71 Palomar. The revised Rincon Arborist Report
should have also included a site map with the locations of the existing trees. This map has been
attached to this memo.
