Chair Wynn & ARC commissioners:
The apartment project as designed is too massive for the prominent site and the neighborhood. It will loom over and
dominate the R1 neighborhood and neighborhood compatibility has been ignored.
A traffic and circulation study has not been done. The streets in our neighborhood are hilly, narrow and already overly
impacted. They are unsafe now.
A valid arborist report on the 55 trees which the developer wants destroyed along with a biological report on birds,
animals and habitat must be done. The Historic Sanford House should not be moved.
Please revisit this project after further studies are completed. Your commission has the authority to accomplish this.
