Thank you for taking the time to read my letter.
Hopefully everyone has spent the time to look at the property at 71 Palomar. What a gem with such a variety of full grown
trees.
Could the developer not fit his development into the property rather scraping the land and trees to fit the development?
Create something that would fit into the neighborhood.
Has the city arborist weighed in on the decision to remove that many trees? Why do I need to get a permit to remove one
dying tree from my yard? Makes no sense.
This development seems like over development for where it is. There is already no parking in the area and t sounds like the
developer does not have plans for adequate parking.
Please help keep our city safe no sane. Save our neighborhoods.
