Please approve 71 Palomar. It is going to significantly improve the character of this neighborhood by restoring the Sanford house
and rehabilitating the site by removing the hazardous trees. The housing development is very complementary and respectful to
the community and will provide much needed rental/affordable units. It's going to be a beautiful asset to that part of town, which
is mostly existing high-density housing.
