This e-mail is to urge you to repeal the rental inspection program. If not, it's destined to cost the City with
attorney fees to defend this questionably legal ordinance in court. Approving this flawed ordinance a
couple years ago was truly a lapse in good planning and judgement and certainly has the appearance
of a money grab, not to mention discriminatory, Now is time to do the right thing. Thank you.
