Subject: Feb 16 Rental Inspection Meeting
To whom it may concern:
Please REPEAL the Rental Inspection ordinance. I own 3 rental houses and I've experienced this inspection first hand. I've
found the process useless, invasive and non-productive. I trust the new City Council can find a better, more collaborative
means of ensuring rental housing is safe and meets Health & Safety codes.
