Subject: REPEAL the SLO CITY Rental Housing Inspection Ordinance NOW
Dear San Luis Obispo City Council,
I and sons own a rental property in San Luis Obispo.
We take care of our property in SLO and have created a nice place for people to live .
Please Repeal this unnecessary and over stepping SLO CIty Rental Housing Inspection Ordinance Now.

We're asking your communication to the council be
a strong message of REPEAL. Nothing less is
acceptable as they've had two years to "improve it"
and have done nothing except add on onerous
regulations. This ordinance is a violation of our 4th
Amendment rights and clearly discriminatory. It
must be stopped now!
We are on the home stretch to fulfilling our goal of
repealing the intrusive and discriminatory SLO City
Rental Housing Inspection Ordinance
(RHIO). Petition signatures are currently being
verified by our team and we expect to submit our
petition to the City Clerk very soon for validation.
