REPEAL the Rental Inspection Ordinance.
I am a teacher: I would NEVER hold the entire class responsible because of the behavior of one
student. The complying students' behavior would not be changed because it
would not need to be changed, and the non -complying student's behavior
will not be changed as a result of punishing the other students. A wise
teacher punishes, admonishes, or guides the wayward student while at a
minimum allowing the others to carry on.
