Subject: Feb 16 Rental Inspection Meeting
Please repeal the rental inspection ordinance.
We own a rental and our rental was inspected this year at a cost of $185 + $65 (yearly). Of course we passed inspection
because NOTHING IS WRONG with our rental. What a waste of time and money. Inspections should only ensue when
problems are reported, not when NOTHING IS WRONG.
I encourage you to repeal the rental inspection ordinance.
