Renter: Don't worry the government will take care of you. You're too stupid to pick a place to rent or what price to pay.
Please give up your privacy so that someone can come into your home and make sure you're safe. ( live like you were
home with Mommy and Daddy)
Landlord: We're not going going to impose any unreasonable rules even though your property wasn't built 10 days ago
with the latest technology; after all what is a human life worth. Spending thousands of dollars for a low flow faucet is
worth the peace of mind and after all you can get the money back by charging more rent from these stupid kids.
