Mayor & City Council:
As an owner of rental property in San Luis Obispo, I urge you to ADOPT the Initiative Petition to REPEAL the inspection
ordinance (Chapter 15.10 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code. This is an invasive, unconstitutional and warrantless
rental inspection ordinance and replace it with a Non -Discrimination in Housing Ordinance.
