Subject: Adopt petition to repeal rental housing ordinance

I am a local property owner and I request that you repeal the rental housing ordinance.
I spend great money and time on my rentals and to have these additional costs to cover
what can be done on your own infuriates me. You have a system to allow tenants to call
in and if you spent a fraction of the time and money wasted on this program you can
educate tenants. I pay tax dollars for your salary and myself and thousands of others in
the community DONT WANT THIS!! Please listen to our voices. We elect you and entrust you
will hear and listen to us. Don't punish me and tax and charge me of this overzealous act
of adopting this program.
Thank you for your time and I hope you will listen to the community as you will see a
majority DONT WANT THIS!
