Dear City Council: I am write today to ask again that you repeal the RHIO. The ordinance
is in violation of our 4th Amendment rights and treats CA citizens in separate classes.
The ordinance does not inspect all housing, including your home, but you use it to
inspect my property and the homes of my renters. Please repeal this unfair and intrusive
