I urge the City Council to REPEAL the "Rental Inspection Ordinance". This new Ordinance is discriminatory and violates
4th Amendment rights. Even a Police Office cannot enter a house without a warrant, yet the Building Department feels
it's OK for them???
The City has always had and adequate code violation complaint process which can be accessed by the Tenants.
