I am a property owner in San Luis Obispo and lease these properties to citizens in the community.
I am writing and requesting the Mayor and City Council to `adopt the initiative petition to repeal the rental inspection
notice'.
This ordinance is a violation of our 4th amendment rights and clearly discriminatory.
