QUITCLAIM DEED
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the
undersigned, THE TRUST FOR PUBLIC LAND, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation
("Grantor") hereby remises, releases and quitclaims to THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a
California chartered city, all right, title and interest in and to the following described real property
in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California described in Exhibit A attached hereto and
incorporated herein, that was acquired solely pursuant to the Memorandum of Option recorded
October 21, 2016 as Instrument #2016-055271 in the Official Records of San Luis Obispo
County, California.
