Please disregard an error discovered in the agenda packet; Item 8. The Participant Agreement on
pages 100-105 was inadvertently included in the Agenda Packet. The correct Participant
Agreement starts on page 94 and is titled DRAFT PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT TEMPLATE.
