Additional Funds Needed for Final Workshop — Due to funds expended in preparation for the final workshop that was slated for fall 2016, an additional 25 hours will be needed to finalize the materials and public input summary. F8. Client Check in Meetings with City PM —This item is to account for the continued pattern of staff/consultant regular check in meetings, emails, and phone calls which are required to discuss outcomes of each event/meeting and necessary next steps. The project timeline has been extended beyond the original end date of 12/2016 and therefore we anticipate an additional 20 hours of time for MBI and approximately 6 hours for 10 Over to coordinate with staff by phone and in person to review and discuss outcomes and direction following additional CVT meetings as well additional time needed for preparation of materials and presentations to advisory bodies, agenda development, direction formulation and presentation beyond our current scope of work and budget. Our estimate assumes approximately 22 hours of MBI/City project manager and team coordination time and 8 additional hours to coordinate and prepare for meetings and hearings beyond the original scope. Fg. Additional Round of Revisions to DTCP —10 Over and MBI will prepare revisions to the DTCP illustrative and supplemental narrative to include CVT and community input, and advisory body direction. F10. Consultation with KTU+A on mobility recommendations, and development of up to 5 3D scross sections or intersection illustrations
