Subject: please fund and staff the dredging of the lake in this budget cycle

It is a concern that the City does not understand the importance of regular maintenance for Laguna Lake. Tax
dollars have been collected for over 50 years that were supposed to
have been used for the upkeep of the Lake. The most recent meetings show a large community support to keep
the lake free from silt buildup and keep it a lake. Please fund and staff the dredging of the lake in this budget
cycle.
