Subject: Laguna Lake Dredging
My husband and I have resided in Laguna Shores for 34 years. It was distressing to see the lake completely dry last
summer.
Please prioritize the dredging of Laguna Lake. A program should be put in place to maintain the lake. If we wish to enjoy
the lake and the park a long range maintenance plan should be in place.
The longer the wellbeing of the lake is ignored the more drastic and expensive the needed upkeep will be. Can't keep
kicking the problem down the road.
A reasonable maintenance plan is long overdue. Please approve a plan to address the maintenance of the lake and park.
We are counting on you to preserve this important City resource.
