Subject: Citywide User and Regulatory Fee study
Honorable Mayor and City Council members
Although I believe the appeal process is a very important process in development I'm endorsing the feeling of the
development community (imagine that) that the almost $1,600.00 charged for them and the much lower amount for
others really doesn't seem fair. As mentioned, the delays alone in holding a property might be penalty enough.
Please consider the same amount for all appeals or at least not over $1,000.00 for the development community.
