Mayor and Council Members,
Please do not increase appeal fees for residents of San Luis Obispo. The present $281 fee is a difficult obstacle
for regular citizens not standing to profit from an appeal . As you no doubt realize, an increase in the fee will be
an obstruction to participation in our local democratic process.
