Dear City Council,
I appreciate your continued efforts to look at funding a Parks and Recreation Element for the City of San Luis
Obispo. I ask that tonight at your budget meeting you commit money to making this a reality. Parks help build
community and having a clear, community based plan will help enable a good quality of life for all San Luis
Obispo residents.
