COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
I am a resident of the Oceanaire neighborhood and I am writing to urge you to recommend approval to
the City Council of the San Luis Ranch Specific Plan Design Guidelines.
Compared to the project already approved by ballot measure this proposal is dramatically better for the
neighborhood and the city. From what I have seen it ticks all the boxes for additional housing and
offices while providing access to the local areas and public transport connections.
It will help link the Laguna areas to the downtown in a way that commercial developments would not.
Please approve.
