COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
I am writing to urge you to recommend approval to the City Council of the San Luis Ranch Specific Plan
Design Guidelines. I am a resident of the Oceanaire neighborhood. I either walk by or drive by this property
almost daily.
I am excited that a responsible developer has proposed a project that makes sense for our community. It
provides much needed housing for the city and is a better fit for the neighborhood than the commercial
project envisioned under proposition J.
I am urging you to recommend to the council to approve this project so that we can welcome them to our
neighborhood.
