ARC members,
It appears that this project is putting the cart before the horse. The land has not been
annexed into the City of San Luis Obispo, CEQA has not been done and yet it is before you
this evening at the ARC. Something is seriously wrong with the sequence of the process
concerning a project with so many huge impacts on our City not being sent through logical,
proper channels.
Please do not consider evaluating the San Luis Ranch project until the necessary
groundwork has been done. Thank you.
