Dear Mayor Harmon and City Council Members,
As a 49 year resident on Del Mar Court and having had a husband (Lane Wilson) that worked as manager of the
parks, buildings, and street trees for 25 years. I am strongly encouraging you to not take any of the $900,000
that has been earmarked for the North Broad Area Neighborhood Park. This area has a diverse population of
seniors, families with children, and students.Frequently I see children and students playing in the
street. Exercise is so important for all ages. Please make it easier to keep our neighborhood healthy.
