Hello City Council Members,
My name is Veryl Ann Duncan and I live on Del Sur Way.
I understand that a large sum of money has been set aside to purchase land and for the construction of a park in
my neighborhood. I support this project 100%.
My understanding is that my/our neighborhood is one in the city that does not yet have the benefit of an
amazing park like the one that is being proposed. I am certain that this park will be utilized by families, college
students, individuals, walkers, runners, sports enthusiasts, while providing a beautiful, green open area like
others in our city.
Please approve the plan to go forward with the purchase and construction of our neighborhood park at your
meeting on Thursday evening. It will be appreciated by many.
