Subject:&900,000 park funds
Dear Mayor and City Council,
I urge you to restore trust in your work by keeping the $900,000 designated for a park in the north section of
town. Moving funds in an out of categories to appease a group temporarily is only frustrating to those who are
trying to move forward with a park for a neighborhood whose need of a park and whose need has been
recognized in the general fund for 40 years..
This is not a small small group of people who are interested in moving this along. Please do not shelf this once
again.
