Can you please help me get the attached word document signed by Katie (or if she is out, whoever is acting
CM) and Carrie today?
The Grant Deed gives the rights to the improvements/buildings onlX of the affordable housing complex build on
City owned land (1105 Laurel) which has been under a Housing Authority lease from the City for the past 30
years. Katie has already signed off on the new extended ground lease agreement, the Grant Deed was
forgotten and sent to me by HASLO's legal team this morning.
I am attaching the staff report from when Council originally approved these documents for background
reference.
They are trying to close escrow on their transaction by tomorrow so if at all possible, today or early tomorrow
morning for signature would be great. Let me know if there are any questions, thank you!!
