Dear members of the SLO City Council,
I am sending this email to ask you to endorse SB 562, the Healthy CA bill for single payer universal healthcare for all
residents of California. Speaking as a Registered Nurse and a board member of the California Nurses Association, it is
imperative that we enact health care as a right for all, that we take the "industry" and profit motive out of healthcare, and
create a system in which patients come first. This is what this bill does.
