Hello,
I am not able to attend the San Luis Ranch event on 7/5 but I want to encourage all of you to support this project. I
moved here for a job five years ago from Seattle and I had high hopes that I might be able to purchase a home here
someday. Now, this dream is stomped upon every time I look at sites like Realtor.com or Zillow. Due to the lack of
affordable housing, even rentals, in SLO, I live in Nipomo and commutes 35-40 minutes a minimum each way every day.
Please hear the people championing this project and allow affordable housing to be built. People aren't just going to
stop moving here, so something must be done to help.
