Subject:City Council 7/5, San Luis Ranch project
I am writing you today in support of the San Luis Ranch housing/agricultural project. This city desperately
needs workforce housing. I have lived and worked in San Luis Obispo since 1989. It is getting harder and
harder to even afford rent here, much less consider buying a home. That classic American Dream is completely
out of reach. I will soon be priced completely out of the area I love, and I am not alone.
