Honorable Council Persons:
Please allow me to register my SUPPORT for the San Luis Ranch project currently under consideration.
Workforce housing is a critical and under-served need within San Luis Obispo. Working professionals with middle to moderate incomes who
desire to live and work within San Luis Obispo are priced out of the traditional home buying market, and must often compete with affluent
outside investors for a dwindling inventory. The San Luis Ranch project is a right step towards attempting to solve this problem by offering
affordable homes on a small footprint in a desirable living environment.
I have reviewed the final EIR and I am satisfied that the developers have addressed the concerns raised by the opponents to the project.
I urge you to approve this project.
