Dear City Council,
I am writing to ask you approve the San Luis Ranch project for the following reasons:
We need affordable workforce housing and it fits with City goals
The project is very thoughtful & innovatively designed
It will reduce carbon footprint by reducing traffic
It will build a new community close to work & downtown core
The developer is local and builds a quality product.
Approval for this piece of land is long overdue.
