Subject:San Luis Ranch Project
Dear City Council Members,
I am seriously worried about three major issues concerning the impact the proposed number of houses the San Luis
Project is determined to add to our area!!!
My first concern is about the amount of water that will be consumed once these homes are established. Even though
our governor has proclaimed us to be out of the drought at this point, I am extremely leery of incorporating so many
new residences in this area!
Second, I am concerned about the increased traffic mostly along Madonna Rd. and Los Osos Valley Rd. where the
closest shopping will probably be for the new residents.
Finally, I am very worried about the small acreage proposed for parks and recreational areas for this project!
Residential neighborhoods should all have the benefit to enjoy outings to parks in a close proximity to where they reside
for recreational purposes!!!
