Subject:NO on the San Luis Ranch Plan
Dear City Council Members,
I do not support the San Luis Ranch Plan because:
• Removal of 244 mature trees. (What?!)
• Lack of adequate parks, as required by Land Use Element Policy 8.1.4.
• The recommended In-Lieu fee calculation is based on this misinterpretation, which would cost the City
over a million and a half dollars. That amounts to welfare for the developers.
