I am writing you in support of the building at 1135 Santa Rosa Street. I feel that the building is a great addition to the town and
a vast improvement to what was there before the renovation. In fact we feel the building has such a strong and positive
presence that we are moving our office to the second floor of the this building in August.
The applicant not only showed great restraint in the size and scope of the building by continuing to provide parking, as well as a
cohesive and clean approach to the building's signage, but also took into consideration the fact that it borders the gateway to
our City. It is a much needed mixed use building and will help revitalize what has been a very run down area of that
neighborhood.
I urge you to approve the plan and the building design as it is now.
