MEASURE TO BE VOTED ON
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special All Mailed Ballot Municipal Election is to be held in the City of San
Luis Obispo on Tuesday, August 22, 2017, at which there will be submitted to the voters the following measure:
Shall an ordinance be adopted to replace former
Chapter 15.10 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code, Yes
entitled "Rental Housing Inspection" (repealed by City
Council Ordinance 1632, effective April 20, 2017),
with new Chapter 15.10 to be entitled "Non- No
Discrimination in Housing"?
The official ballot drop-off locations will be open on Election Day between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

the City Clerk's office at 781-7100.

referenced meeting Notice of Special Election of August 22, 2015 was posted on the bulletin board
outside City Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, California, and on the City's website
www.slocit�g at 10:00 a.m. on July 26, 2017.
