Many residents who reside in the 93405 zip code use both Chorro and Broad often instead of Santa Rosa to go into the downtown core. As you know, both of these streets are destined to be severely impacted by the developments at 22 Chorro Street and 71 Palomar. It is my suggesstion that you first work with Caltrans and proceed with any action that is needed to first close the on ramp and off ramp at Broad Street and Highway 101. This action was discussed at length during the Land Use Circulation Element meetings a few years ago. The options before you tonight should be delayed until the construction at 22 Chorro and 71 Palomar are completed. Please involve more residents in this decision, including those who are not bike riders, to come up with the best plan. Thank you. Mila Vujovich-La Barre 805-441-5818 1
