My firm is legal counsel for Ernie Ball, Inc, the operator for decades of Ernie Ball Music
Man, the guitar factory located at 4117 Earthwood Lane in San Luis Obispo. The purpose of this
letter is to inform the council that Ernie Ball, Inc. supports the Avila Ranch Development Plan.
While my client does support this project, we do reserve the right to continue our
communications with City staff to discuss traffic and Earthwood Lane parking issues. Thank
