Esteemed Council,
I am writing to urge the approval of the Avila Ranch housing development project here in San Luis Obispo.
I am a San Luis Renter who works in non-profit. I love being a part of this community, but I cannot afford to
buy a home here--nonetheless a green one! Avila Ranch would be a much needed and appreciated addition to a
very expensive, bleak housing market.
