Dear Mayor Harmon and City Council Members,
As outline in many of the other correspondence on this Agenda item there are many reasons to protect our open spaces
and nature reserves and to continue to limit our impact on those resources. Nighttime hiking and mountain biking is not
appropriate, please deny the pilot program to extend the hours on Cerro San Luis Reserve.
