Many of our customers live out amongst the "Flowers" as well as the Tree named streets on the other side of the RR tracks and have used the bridge to walk home after dropping off their cars, as well coming to pick them up. My wife, Kathleen Wafer and I lived in an apartment over the end of our building at 4090 Broad (it is right on the corner of El Capitan) and walked our two little dogs there regularly. When the tree fell and broke the bridge we were very disappointed, as were our two mutts who loved to check for messages on the bridge. Pedestrian walkways in and near residential areas ,enhance the quality of life for everyone concerned, from the casual walker to those who use the walkway to get to the store. I strongly urge you to take any action necessary to replace the bridge that so enhanced our little community. Thank You! Michael Morin
