FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, 22 North
Chorro Project Owner LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as OFFEROR, hereby OFFERS
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Municipal Corporation and charter City, as OFFEREE, an
irrevocable easement for a public transit waiting area over a portion of certain property described
as Lots 1, 2, 6, and a portion of Lot 3 of Mt. Pleasanton Square No. 2, in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map recorded May 21, 1928
in Book 3 at Page 104 of Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said County, as described in
the Notice of Merger and Certificate of Subdivision Compliance recorded on April 28, 2017, as
Document Number 2017-018533 in the office of the County Recorder of said County. Said
irrevocable easement offer is described as follows:

That real property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, being a portion of the property described in the Notice of Merger and Certificate
of Subdivision Compliance recorded on April 28, 2017, as Document Number 2017-
018533 in the office of the County Recorder of said County, and also shown on the map
filed in Book 111 of Licensed Surveys at Page 56 in the Office of the County Recorder of
said County being the airspace up to and including 8.00 feet above the finished surface
area more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said property as shown on said Licensed Survey;
thence along the east line of said property, South 0018'45" West, 5.53 feet; thence
leaving said east line North 90000'00" West, 53.98 feet; thence South 00000'00" East,
5.96 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence
