Hello members of architectural review committee,
I was looking over the upcoming 11/13 meeting.
I am concerned about another 3-4 story project downtown, but very worried when I saw the line “request for maximum
height of 59.5 feet”.
What is the present maximum height allowed? Does this request imply an adjustment to this?
Are we to become a downtown where we only see the sky and hillsides through a few gaps between all the tall
buildings?
Please keep our quality of life in mind, and not bow to the develops who only want to change SLO into something the
majority doesn’t want.
