Subject: Question about project on Marsh
Hello council,
I was looking over the agenda for the architectural review commissions upcoming meeting.
I’m concerned that another three and four story project, with “a request for the maximum height of 59.5 feet” is being
considered.
Have you noticed how much less we can see of the sky and hillsides, when downtown, next to these tall buildings?
Big Sky restaurant might have to change their name to Big Wall, since that’s all you see now.
So my question, what is the maximum height our present codes allow?
And are you committed to not allowing exceptions to exceeding height requests?
