Dear Council Members and Mayor Heidi Harmon,
I strongly support CCE. In my decade of dedicated study on the energy/environment transition our society is making. I
think that the single largest thing we can do toward better energy management is enhance awareness of our choices
and the local and global consequences. CCE will come a long way in this direction by allowing the community to examine
our choices and the consequences. This aspect to me is the strongest point in the CCE, which is not part of the economic
study. Increased awareness, public discussion, personal accountability will continue to grow in years to come bringing
other (positive) changes with it.
