Dear Ms. Cohen,
I wanted to reach out to members of the city and community in regards to the development of the San
Lius Square Project. As a local business and property owner of San Luis Obispo for 38 years, I feel
this project and others like it are a great asset to our downtown. Mixed use projects downtown with
underground parking are the wave of the future. Projects that provide housing for residents and
visitors coupled with commercial space are a win win for everyone.
